Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and immediate family members of Napoleon Perdis staff are exempt to enter the competition. Entry is available via the Napoleon Perdis eNewsletter. 3. This competition is a game of skill. 4. Entry is valid by replying to comps@napoleonperdis.com only and all entrants are required to provide name, email, address and a daytime telephone number. 5. By entering this competition all entrants agree to compete to win 1 of 5 Lovable Packs, containing 1 x $200 voucher to use at Lovable.com.au, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Love Bite in Passion, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Love Bite in Original. 6. Each prize is valued at $250 AUD. Total prize pool is $1,250 (AUD). 7. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the Promoter’s discretion. 8. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 9. The competition opens Tuesday 3rd March, 2009 and closes Tuesday 17th March, 2009 at 23:59 (EST). The winners will be notified by phone or email by Thursday 26h March 2009 where instructions for prize redemption will be provided. 11. In determining eligibility, the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 13. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry.
