TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and immediate family members of Napoleon Perdis staff are exempt to enter the competition. Entry is available via the Napoleon Perdis eNewsletter.
3. This competition is a game of skill.
4. Entry is valid by replying to comps@napoleonperdis.com only and all entrants are required to provide name, email, address and a daytime telephone number.
5. By entering this competition all entrants agree to compete to win 1 of 10 Napoleon Perdis and GUESS Summer Seduction Prize Packs, containing 1 x $100 GUESS gift voucher, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Gardenia Glam Body Pack, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Summer Lovers Self Tanning Mousse, 1 x Napoleon Perdis After Sun Body Oil, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Smooth Over Body Scrub, 1 x Napoleon Perdis Whipped Dream Tan Enhancer, 1 x Golden Girl Pack which includes four of the core Summer Range products in 50ml travel sizes.
6. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the Promoter's discretion.
7. Each prize is valued at $325. Total prize pool is $3,250.
8. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
9. The competition opens Tuesday 9th September, 2008 and closes Tuesday 23rd September, 2008 at 23:59 (EST). Winners will be decided based on skill and originality at the promoter’s premises (26 Queen Street, Chippendale NSW 2008) on Tuesday 30th September, 2008 at 10am.
10. The winners will be notified by phone or email by Thursday 9th October 2008 where instructions for prize redemption will be provided.
11. In determining eligibility, the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
13. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and accurate contact details, including address and postcode.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for misdirected or lost entries.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoters. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
