Flights are non-redeemable for cash. Flights must be requested at least 5 days prior to your travel date. Credit card payment is required at the time of booking for airport taxes. Airport taxes and Government Levies are the responsibility of the prizewinner. Travel is on confirmed space (i.e. we won’t bump you off the flight) but it is still subject to seat availability at the time of booking. Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $30 change fee per guest per change. Tickets are non transferable. Blackout periods apply during school holidays (i.e. you can’t take these flights during school holidays). Flights are valid for 6 months from the date of this letter. T-shirts are not redeemable for cash. Colours and styles are specified by Elwood. Winner may select size and either men’s or woman’s style t-shirt.

 

Ocean scooters are not redeemable for Velocity Points or cash. Winners must be a current active Velocity Member to receive this prize. Winners who are not members will need to join for free at www.velocityrewards.com.au. No fee will be charged if you join online.

 

Winner will receive an Accor GiftPlus card pre loaded with $200. Accommodation Dollars can be used at over 75 hotels and resorts throughout Australia including Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis hotels. GiftPlus offers access to each hotel's 'Best Unrestricted Rate', every day of the year. Accommodation Dollars can be redeemed principally towards pre-booked accommodation (excluding special discount offers). It can be used towards payment, or part-payment, of your room account including restaurant dining, or other incidental charges at any Accor hotel throughout Australia, excluding Formule 1. An Accor GiftPlus card can be used many times, at one or more Accor hotels, until the card balance reaches zero. Accommodation Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash change is not available on any remaining credit on the card. Reservations at participating hotels, restaurants and cruises are subject to allocation and availability at the time of reservation. Blackout dates may apply to seasonal periods, including school holidays and public holidays, or any special events periods. Room allocations fill quickly during special events, school holidays, public holidays and weekends and no guarantee can be given that an allocated room will be available at any participating hotel or for the days that a Customer may prefer. Attractions may also not always be open or available.
